Essentials Package

The Essentials Plan is a Will based estate plan which will cover distribution of your assets, intestacy distribution avoidance, healthcare decision making, and financial decision making.

  • Last Will and Testament, naming your beneficiaries, personal representative, and guardians for minor children

  • Financial Power of Attorney, so someone you trust can manage your finances if you can’t

  • Medical (Health Care) Power of Attorney, naming who makes medical decisions for you

  • Mental Health Power of Attorney

  • Living Will, documenting your end-of-life care wishes

  • HIPAA Authorization, allowing your chosen people to access your medical information

  • Three consultations to design and finalize your plan

  • In-person document signing ceremony

Comprehensive Package

The Advanced Plan is a combined Will & Trust based estate plan which will cover distribution of assets, probate avoidance, healthcare decision making, and financial decision making.

  • Advanced Plan contains everything covered in the Essentials Plan, in addition to;

  • Revocable Living Trust, to help your family avoid probate and keep your affairs private

  • Pour-over Will, directing any assets left outside the trust into it

  • Trust funding assistance, with guidance on retitling assets and updating beneficiary designations so your trust works as intended
